From kitchens and bathrooms to second storeys and complete transformations, we'll help you get more from the home you already have.

How It Works

  1. Consultation. We talk through your ideas, budget and timeframe, on site or in person.
  2. Design and quote. We develop plans and a detailed, transparent quote.
  3. Approvals. We manage council approvals or CDC certification on your behalf.
  4. Construction. Your build begins, with regular updates at every stage.
  5. Handover. We walk you through your finished home and hand you the keys.

Why Hencott?

Craftsmanship at the core. Our founders bring more than a decade of hands-on building experience with some of Sydney's leading builders, so quality is built in, not inspected in.

Finishes done properly. We help you select quality fixtures, appliances and hardware, and make sure they're installed with the same care as the rest of your home.

Clear, honest pricing. Detailed quotes that explain exactly what's included, with no surprises along the way.

A personal experience. You'll deal directly with the people building your home, with regular updates from start to finish.

Licensed and insured. NSW Contractor Licence No. [XXXXXX]. All eligible work covered by Home Building Compensation Fund insurance.
