Our Story
Hencott was founded by two industry professionals who share a belief that every family deserves a well-built home and a building experience they genuinely enjoy.
Between them, they bring together the two sides of a great build: the craftsmanship that goes into the structure, and the care that goes into the finish.
With more than 10 years of hands-on carpentry experience across hundreds of homes with some of Sydney's leading builders, alongside years spent working with premium brands, designers and builders on fixtures, appliances and finishes, they have a deep understanding of how quality homes are built, and where corners are too often cut.
That combined experience means the details homeowners notice every day are considered from the very start, not left to the end, so every home looks and works exactly as it should.
Together, they built Hencott to offer something they felt was missing: the quality and standards of a larger builder, with the personal service and attention to detail of a smaller one.
